lookin at burris 2-7x35, vortex crossfire,swift 2-7x40, and sightron 2-7x35. out of these or any other suggestions which is the best for the money? looking for something for my old 243. somethin with decent eye relief and fairly bold reticle

would love to hav the kahles but not lookin to spend that much. ive blown way too much already lol somethin around 200 or less

Agree with the Kahles. Have 3 of them. If you are patient, they come up here and there.

I like the Vortex - prefer it to my Redfield and Leoupold. All are good but I just prefer the Vortex. YMMV.

...........For your purpose and the $s you wish to spend, stick with either the Burris Fullfield, the Vortex Viper (@ Cameraland if in stock) or the Redfield Revolution.

Maybe if ya get lucky, you can find a new 2.5-8x32 Nikon Monarch for under $250.

Either of those four will be fine.
