Their customer service and tech support is amazing. Got my new 2013 Chill about a month ago and took a deer a few days after purchase. A few days after had some things go terribly wrong with the bow and it was sent to Mathews. According to their techs the only few times they had seen this issue was with people using fingers with the Chill model. Techs recommend that this bow be shot with a release. I have done as was asked and have had absolutely no issues. I cannot fault Mathews as they rushed to replace my parts that were needed,customer service was awesome, and had it ready to shoot in less than a week. This bow shot great with fingers and shoots great with a release I hated to leave finger flinging but this bow feels and shoots to good, so now I am a release shooter,happy hunting. Not many companies out there anymore with this kind of service just thought I'd share.
