I haven't decided yet.
I just finished off a batch of seafood marinara that was really good. I got a package of frozen mixed seafood and added mussels and shrimp to it. The mussels were outstanding.
I got a hankerin' to cook something that takes a while and fills the house with aroma.
Roasted chicken would work. ???

That's it. A pot of Chicken Stew and fresh baked biscuits. Mmmmmmmmm. How 'bout fish heads and rice?........er i mean....uh.....nevermind.   Gunner

sounds yummy Miss Lynn, I had a free day today so I stayed home and made venison tenderloin soup with mushrooms and a smattering of fresh veggies we had left. biscuits to go in the oven in 5. planning so they will be done when mama gets home with the kids, the house is clean and supper is piping hot fresh. bad weather days aint so bad

Thick spaghetti with sausage and meatballs (Grandma's sauce, not gravy recipe that I have mastered). Baked garlic ciabatta with olive oil, butter, grated Pecorino Romano cheese, oregano, and cracked white pepper corns. Small tossed salad with evoo and red wine vinegar. Italian espresso with See's chocolates.

Tonight's menu, roasted chicken, honeyed carrots, butternut squash baked with butter and cracked pepper, and potatoes slow roasted out of their skins in olive oil, sage and salt and pepper, gravy on the side. Devil's food chocolate cake and chocolate fudge icing. This place smells awesome Might whip up some biscuits for the gravy.... mmmmm, haven't made that in a few months, I think tomorrow we'll have crockpot chicken, and day after white chicked chili with roasted green chiles from colorado. mmmmm a taste of "home"
