Do any of the Kimbers come with an ADL Style stock?

Yes, the synthetic stocked Montana is an ADL style.

I'd have to go Kimber over a Super Grade. I love the looks of the Super Grades but they are too heavy for me. The Kimber barrels are too light for my taste, but I'd pick them over the SG. Better yet would be a Kimber with a #3 contour barrel...Oh wait I did that and love it.

I'd vote for the super grade.

How about the Kimber Classic in 338 Win Mag? It weighs more than a pound less than the Model 70.

Have an opportunity to get a used one in great condition. Any of you have one? It seems quite a nice light rifle for that caliber.

Show a picture of a new M70 Supergrade. If the Winchester had really fine walnut and checkering I might lean that way.

I saw some beautiful Model 70's about 10 years back with magnificent timber, and some of the most gorgeous grain highlights you ever saw, totally butchered with blunt checkering tools and incompetent Quality Management. It was a terrible waste of the very best of factory grade wood.

But.....if I found one with good checkering, it would be very tough to walk away from.
