I did a venison tenderloin, fresh asparagas and onion stir fry with a hoison/soy sauce combo with rice served along side a few years ago - it was outstanding ! ! ! Add some dried hot peppers (I used cayenne) for an extra kick if you like (you don't have to eat them, but I do). Water chesnuts and celery would add a bit of crunch.
Let your imagination run wild . . . can't hardly go wrong with a simple stir fry . . .

Way cool JW. Nice work. I have thought about getting a Discada from time to time to run over my 250,000 LP burner. Would be great for a big batch of fajitas. Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm http://www.southwestdisk.com/southwest-discada-cooking-plow-disks/Denny.

whats for fish in the pond? ps...did u mod your WSM ,like we spoke? Can we talk about that again please on the phone. I've been busy with other things and honestly didn't get around to it. Left you another PM awhile back but didn't here from you. Caught some nice bass this year. The pond seems to be very healthy. Two very big snappers in there as well. Denny.

Here's a simple one that I like a lot. It's pretty standard buffet kind of stuff. I can't remember where I first got the recipe.
Pepper chicken
1 lb chicken, cut in small cubes 1 large onion, diced 1 cup 3/4 cup peas 3/4 cup carrots, diced 1/3 cup cornstarch Oil
Sauce 1/4 cup oyster sauce 2 tsp soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp white pepper 1 TBS rice wine or other cooking wine
*Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside *Roll the cubed chicken in the cornstarch, cook until browned and remove *Cook the veggies; carrots for 1 minute then add onions for 1 minute then add peas for a couple more minutes *Add the sauce to the veggies for 30-60 seconds, then add the chicken and coat the chicken
What would Porter Rockwell do?
