Another +1 for the 250 T-EZ

300gr Harvester Scorpion PT Golds have been great for me from 20yds to 187yds.

Have used T-EZs for a long time, ran out this year and couldn't find them locally.

Picked up a box of Knight's new Bloodlines, made by Lehigh. Only shot 3 deer with them, but so far I'm liking them better than the Barnes.

Might be worth a look.

More important the bullet selection is bullet placement. If you want to shoot a deer at 150 yards plus, pick one of the many suggested and practice at long ranges.

I suggest the Hornady SST's or Scorpion PTs because the price of the bullet wont keep you from the range. If you want to switch to an expensive bullet for the hunt you can fire a few of the like weights for final confirmation and go hunting.

Any of these mentioned will do the job if you do yours.
