Just got a .375 Ruger Alaskan and picked up two boxes of 250gr TTSX. I also have a good selection of appropriate powder (Varget, RL15, RL17 and H4350). What has worked for you guys?

BCSteve,
My wildcat holds 104.7 of water to the top of the neck, the mouth. My Barnes 250 TTSX load is IMR4320 @ 86.8 grains for a velocity of 3,190 feet per second.
I hope this helps.

Any of those powders will work well and the Ruger Alaskan's are usually very accurate so work up should be quick and easy. Big Game worked in my so good I hardly tried anything else, RL 15 worked well in both of my freinds guns with the 260 gr Partition for one and Accubond for the other. I tried the old 250 gr X and 260 gr Accubond in mine fwiw.
Gerry.
