I've got a Vortex Viper HS-T 4-16x44mm with VMR-1 MOA reticle that is brand new in the box. Ordered this a few weeks ago and have decided to go in a different direction. Been out of the box for about 10 minutes and then put right back. I can send pics if need but it's identical to the pictures on the vortex website.
