RCBS just gave me great service on a phone request- they provided the part I wanted to buy and sent it to me free of charge. Very polite gentleman on the service department phone. I will likely buy my dies, molds, presses etc. from this company as I know they stand behind their products!

There is not a company on the face of the earth that treats it's customers as well as RCBS does.
Seems we constantly hear about how Social Security is going to run out of money but we never hear about welfare or food stamps running out of money. What's interesting is the first group WORKED for their money but the other group didn't.

+ 5 on RCBS customer service from my personal experience.
Also talked to a couple of RCBS guys at the SHOT a few years ago, and they described how committed RCBS is to outstanding CS.

RCBS has a customer service that is second to none...lymanproducts.com on the other hand are a pain in the arse to deal with.
