It looks like it could be a Columbia Precision that has the older style upright with a newer style base. Columbia Precision Here is an old version; these old ones are not a very good sight IMO, don't know about the new version -

The newer ones have one tang hole, for the 72's short tang. Maybe I could grind that one if the contour would fit.
