I'm always checking this forum and I have received some great help when I've needed it!

Much thanks to those that so quickly respond with 99 knowledge and wisdom.

I'm still around , turned 70 this year. Happy New Year to everyone. Cleaned out my collection this past year , sold off my shooters and guns with issues. Down to 13 99-1899's but all either mint or close to it. Also picked up an model 40 in 30-06 close to mint.

Really enjoyed 2013 learning from many here, and making a few purchases from forum members. Thanks to all. Looking forward to 2014 here on the forum and looking forward to 14 election.

I'm lurking, but trying to get a house sold and move to N. Florida, so not doing much shooting and no hunting. This is still the best forum ever!

Haven't been on in a long while but decided to pop in today. Took the 1945 99EG .300 out during deer season, this year. Still waiting for RAS to tell me that he's going to be up North, near NY, so I can meet with him and sell him my 99 EG .308W. LOL.

Just recently joined as a member, but have been hunting with 99's since my father handed me a 250-3000 99EG in original box and original savage box of shells with one round missing 37 years ago. Just found the edge tab of the box the other day in an old ammo bag of mine. Started collecting locker queens around 2006. All my hunting rifles are 99's with a few exceptions. Here to listen(read) and learn......
