Zastava does make them, but not sure if they are imported.
You may want to look into getting one in 7x57 and reboring.
I don't think that you can eliminate all of the 270 chamber by a simple rebore & rechamber to 8x57.

Why does it have to be a 8mm? I would guess a 270 or 7mm would be more popular.
Some were made by Zbrojovkr Brno.

Last time I checked, I believe that CZ made it, just doesn't import it. Savage or ER Shaw will make you one with a regular stock, I don't know anywhere that does a Mannlicher.

Yes, those Brno's are nice, I have a few. They are considerably more expensive than a Zastava, but well worth it. Of course, would exercise caution dealing with that articular seller who failed to disclose that the rear charger hump as been ground off and that the front ring was dovetailed and a dovetail blank inserted which was then drilled & tapped. Full disclosure??? It would be nice.
Alternately, Look for a nice 8x57 Husqvarna, have the barrel shortened and restock it. Heck, I just sold two Husqvarnas yesterday.

Yeah, I buy another BRNO. Apart from the "innovative" safeties they are nicely finished and smooth operating mausers.
The root on the bolt handle may have already been shortened a bit to clear a scope?
I see that one's barrel is marked 22f. Were the earlier 21f models not marked?

None were factory marked with either the 21f/h or 22f/h designation. That mark on the GB rifle was added.

I noticed the barrel is stamped 8x57S. The 8x57S has a smaller bore diameter than the 8x57JS doesn't it?

As I understand it the J is smaller than the S bore.
R means rimmed.

Those Brno's came with .323" grooves. All mine do and they were made at the same time.

I am not sure of the correct designation but 21 and 22 refer to 20" vs 24" bbl and f=fullstock, h=halfstock. They were never called 21/22 by the factory.
