Maybe Rick Bin planted this guy to raise post counts in the knives sub forum ?? The Sad thing is.. You could not even mark the blades truthfully with CHINA on them.. or even 440c. You don't even know WHERE the hell they are truly made.. They just are not made in the USA. And has far as post counts on the knife forum here,if the increased post counts include TRUTH rather than your unchallenged huckster Bullschit, then I'd say it's an improvement. I'll tell you once again free dumb,I actually bought production kit blades ,made in U.S.A. and the finish & grind did not compare to these As far as stamping ,and or etching . More parts ,more labor = more cost. I set out to make a decent knife for a decent price,that falls in between a full production & a full custom, at a price you could live with & use it without hesitation. Again,have sold plenty here with not one complaint,and some,prior to you even registering on this site. The guys buying now what it is,there is no scam. You are not buying,not even posting anything ,anyone wants to here so the question I present to you that remains un answered,now in two parts : What is it that you want ? What is your purpose ? The way it appears is you do not want anything & do not want to contribute anything here,that anyone wants to listen to. REALITY CHECK- The sad fact of the matter is VINNY, is that if you had ANY talent and true integrity as a craftsman, you could get off your lazy ass and MAKE blade blanks for within about $5 of the cost of the Chinese made crap you are putting handles on. You are taking the lazy way out. Hard to have respect for what you are doing. It's the type of dubious huckster bullshit you see guys hawking at Gunshows.

Well,it might change . I might get a grinder & do the full deal. But right now this is where I am at and as long as I have some buyers here & there I see no harm. I disclose what the knives are when I sell. It's not a scam,it's just me doing my thing. I have a lot of repeat buyers ,I do not need to explain what I do but in order to somehow bust through to your mind,I'll try.
PS But I think you are off on cost ,time & material,for hand ground,properly heat treated blade,stock removal

I know the guys At tbe gun shows you are talking about. They buy blanks by the dozens and the cheap a$$ one size fits all sheath and advertise "handmade knives". I've even heard them go into the whole routine of grindimg amd heat treating. Now thats somethimg to get pissed about. It does not represent a well built custom. Amd they sell them for $150. Vince is not even close to the same catagorie. He has never pretended to be any thing more than a hhandle put r on r. We know that and we dont care. Vince is a major supporter of the knifemaking commumity and if we choose to.support him than why do you give a chit. Amd it seems that china is the big stick in your craw. Why domt you get ahold of all the former American made knife companys that are now outsourcing to China. Buck Scharade Uncle Henry ect ect. Give them a piece of you self righteous mind. Hou are not educating or impresaing anyone here other than yourself. I personaly don't agree with every thing I see but if it doesn't hurt or effect me, I keep myouth shut and move on. Why don't hou try it sometime you'll be a better person for it.

DOZENS of handle materials at that price, too. 100% US made. American craftsmen building them AND the sheaths they come with. And, since they actually are PROUD of what they build- they actually MARK the blades with their name. Neither company hails from New York ,though.. which should tell you something.
