Of course, I hope you're right but you know how thiese things roll. IMO, I think the outcome of the game will be revealed within each teams first two possession drives. If Manning's line gives him the protection he needs, I think we'll realize by the end of the 3rd quarter Denver will take it. If Seattle's awesome front 4 get to Manning and the game is close by the end of the 3rd qtr, cussing will become prominent in my vocabulary.

I like today's match-up and K and I are going to a party where the couple actually have a movie theatre like room in their home with leather chairs the size of first class airline seats. I'm going to park my ass in one of them by 6pm and stay there until my hope becomes confidence. Only then, will I be able to mingle with the 20 other party folks.

Of course, if Seattle is to win, I hope it's by a last minute TD or FG which has them winning by less than 3 points. The folks at the party will be thinking I'm rather unsociable though as I won't be moving around faking idle chit-chat during that kind of game.

As a quick aside, who is performing at half-time tonight?

I'm curious to see the pass interference calls, or lack thereof. The Hawks secondary is great but they play TIGHT. Normally the refs hold back a little in a big game, and let 'em play, but the refs may be sick of Sherman's smacktalk too.
