Picked up some frozen lobster "chunks" from Costco. Warmed 'em up and added them to fettuccine alfredo.
Turned out GREAT! Just used a standard alfredo recipe. Heavy creme, butter, parmasan cheese, etc.
These two lb. bages of lobster meat were about $24. Not too bad for west coast.
Yum Yum! I LOVE lobster!

Sounds great. The price of the lobster is right in line with jumbo shrimp, so it seems like a great deal. I guess I need to get a Costco card.

Iv'e never been blessed with lobster fettuccine which sounds awesome btw but dungeness crab fettuccine is right up there among my favorite dishes.
