I just bought my first Ruger 10/22, I have a Vortex rimfire scope that I want to mount on the rifle, any recommendations on the type of rings? It is a takedown.

I'm a big fan of the Burris rimfire rings because I like their fit and finish.

Burris for me too. Most of the sets I've had are the older ones before they switched production, but they are the best rings under $100 that I've ever seen. I love them. I don't love that they are now made in China, but I'd still buy them.
