Many hunts in ID have OTC tags. It's a farther away, though.

I know my ex-wife's uncle used to head to Idaho with a crew from WI, for OTC tags. They shot plenty of mulies though, I don't remember any of them being monsters.

I have been looking into ID a bit for that reason. We aren't expectiing all to shoot monsters by any means. Just looking for a quality hunt and good time.
By the way, it looks like the number of hunters is down to 6.
