If a person were to kill a big ole audad ram, would the meat be worth carting home. If so, any special handling tips?

Audad is a good eating meat if it is handled correctly and all of the fat bone and sinew is removed. Think goat(or not)and you can enjoy it much like mule deer treated in like fashion. Soaking it in milk or buttermilk helps with the older rams. You may need to get out some old greek recipes if it is a bit strong. A vinegar wash helps, too.-Mike

Any thing that has to be soaked and have old Greek recipes is yuck for me
Don't care for goat either....sounds like buzzard food to me
