A little background. Last year Jeff decided it was finally time to learn how to reload. I agreed to teach. Jeff came up to deer camp where I have a range and loading set up in the garage. We started with his 99 in 300 Savage. A little work and Jeff was walking around 3 feet off the ground with a couple groups scarcely over half an inch. Somehow I messed up and his brass had a little push on the neck (wasn't crimped though) and the loaded rounds had what almost looked like that double radius Weatherby shape. They loaded snugly but shot so well we left them alone.
Give him some what for about having a lever action Weatherby. He's a little twitchy about being up in an elevated deer stand where he can take advantage of that rifle's new found accuracy. Aside from getting over the heart issues, he still needs time up a tree to get over that twitch. I got hm hooked up with a Herters press so he'll need to do the rehab exercise just to be able to lift it and get it bolted onto a bench.

Jeff said he's doing OK and thanks everyone. When He's feeling better, he'll log on and let everyone know what's going on. Basically, he'g going to battle but will be OK. I know Jeff pretty well and know he's got a lot of faith and fight through this.
