Just out of curiosity a friend of mine recently acquired Warren Pages 222&1/2 bench rifle and his shooting jacket. This is the same rifle pictured on the cover of "The accurate rifle" by Warren Page. How much do you guys think that rig is worth?

I cannot be of any help with the value, but it is simply a total pleasure to see the rifle and the jacket.

here it is, and the serial number of the rifle is noted in the book, This is the old type Shilen action (before Shilen DGA)

To be honest My buddy is not really sure what he is going to do with it.....

No clue, as the true value of anything - is whatever someone is willing to pay for it. If not shot out, if any other rifle, it would likely be 800-1200 is my guess..........some may differ, but as to if anyone would pay more b/c it was WP is beyond me.

No matter what, that is a very cool and rare find.

Be patient and find a collector and I trust you'll get
a dollar amount you'll be happy with.
