Ken Waters in "Pet Loads" found 800x to be a favorite for function and accuracy in the 45 acp. It is slower than 231 but works very well.

Of the powders that you listed I would go with AA#2.

I've used AA#2 and WW 231. I like WW 231 a bit better, but AA#2 certainly works well enough.
Better than both seems to be Ramshot ZIP. E
