For sale or for trade is my Ruger Old Army .45 Caliber. This gun has seen very little use. At one time I was going to convert this to a 45 long colt.
The Ruger Old Army is a black-powder percussion revolver produced in the stainless model in 1975-2008. It wasn't based on a historical design but was a modification of Ruger Blackhawk although it takes its styling cues from the Remington 1858 New Army.
The Ruger Old Army is designed to be the most advanced and accurate cap and ball revolver ever made. It features an innovative hammer and base pin assembly that will not come open during recoil and can be disassembled without tools for quick and easy cleaning and maintenance, even at the range. This revolver has a round barrel, stainless steel frame, 6-shot cylinder, fully adjustable target type sights and 2-piece grips.
The Old Army is stainless steel, has a 7.5" barrel.
It was manufactured in 1982, and is in very good condition. There is little cylinder wear, and almost no marks from the black power. A summary of the specifications of Ruger's Old Army .45 revolver are as follows.
� Type: muzzleloading, cap and ball, six-shot revolver
� Caliber: .45 BP
� Proper ball or conical bullet diameter: .457"
� Overall length: 13 1/2" (with 7.5" barrel)
� Weight: 2 7/8 pounds
These can be retrofitted to fire 45 long colt by purchase of a conversion kit. Pm me for more info. Looking for handgun trades or will sell for $400.

How about some single shot 22's or 17HMR?
I've a rolling block, original Remington issue, 20ga. Works great as is, or would make a sweet large bore rifle. It cost me more than your asking, but if you have a bullet mold or anything, I'd call it even.
I've also a Remington #2 rolling block, in 22LR. Buttstock is cracked, but I will fix.

withdrawn due to time constraints of sale. What does that mean? Seller should have posted he needed a FTF sale. He needed cash immediately, but doesn't take PayPal. Even a couple of days to get him a check was too long. No hard feelings on my part, but he might have specified this in the original listing.
