Amazed at how guys will put themselves on the line for the same weight as two, three cups of coffee, but to each his own.

ID simply can't compete, neither will Kuiu with their latest offering. There is no new technology, just new marketing. "Hey, let's spray the down with DWR and see if that will make it work." We'll see...

Hello, would you please tell me what brands you sell or make so that I can avoid purchasing any of your products.

I'm sorry, Sir. What about that post did you find offensive to your sensitivities?

Was it the reference to a twice-sold, failed company?
The reference to the small, white lap-dog breed Bichon Frise?
Are you one who squeals when he puts an extra pound on his back?
Or, the reference to another gimmick that will trick a new generation of buyers into believing that a down bag will work when it is wet?

You guys are comical. I'm witty, so let's play

But only when I'm not busy; selling sleeping bags and insulated clothing in ALASKA.

Oh I am sorry, you act like you actually manufacture the items and hold sway in the industry, and I seem to have confused arrogance with knowledge and shall not do so again.

It is entirely my fault that I mistook you for something that matters.

Have a good life.

Some people do more damage to their business than they know on here.

What does that make Wiggy's "ultralight"?

LOL.

Losers who know nothing of insulation beyond the limits of their checkbook balances.

No technical knowledge here that I do not offer.

Have fun replacing your bags every three years.

Man...you're not the same guy you used to be, or maybe I had you figured wrong.
It's one thing to address a product with comments good or bad, but personal attacks is crossing the line. Zero class.

Btw...my ID Renassaince bag is 12 years old this year, the primaloft and pertex are like the day I bought it.

Personal attacks are one thing, you kind of get used to that here, but not so much on the backpacking forum, and almost never from purveyors of gear. It's obviously self-defeating. Obvious to most anyway.

But facts are another thing. If wiggy's bags were as good as Taylor thinks they are, and other products were as lacking, everyone would be using wiggy's bags.

Few do. And that's a fact.

Ditto for my ID sleeping bag AND my ID insulated jacket & pants.
After 4 stream crossings and my Wiggy's stream crossing boots leak because of SILT?
Whot a crock'ocrap!! Next time I'm in Anchortown, I'll make sure I don't stop by their store!!

Good job. You just lost a potential buyer.
