Pratt made his bizarre comment while speaking to Cincinnati radio host Bill Cunningham on Sunday, notes RightWingWatch.org (audio below). During the interview, Cunningham asked Pratt why the media supposedly has "such a bias against the Second Amendment?" Pratt claimed members of the media such as Piers Morgan believed they were "born to rule and we were born to be ruled." However, Pratt did not offer any proof of his wild claim. Pratt then recalled how a member of Gun Owners of America was lobbying a member of Congress who said, "You want to shoot me, don�t you." "Well, that�s probably a healthy fear for them to have, even though that�s not the guy�s, he wasn�t saying anything about that, it wasn�t in his demeanor," said Pratt. "But you know, I�m kind of glad that�s in the back of their minds. Hopefully they�ll behave." Back in February, Pratt lectured black Americans on being happier like black people in Africa, noted Wonkette.com. �Generally, the African from Africa is a very pro-American person, a very happy person,� Pratt claimed. �I know several, and they�re always happy with a joke, a pleasant smile on their face, and they clearly don�t identify with the surliness that�s all too frequently the attitude of their fellow African Americans here.�

Well, thank you Larry Pratt for making the rest of the gun owners in America seem irrational, potentially violent, closet racists.
We don't need idiots like that speaking for the rest of us, especially right now.
America needs to understand that our troops are not 'disposable'. Each represents a family; Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts... Our Citizens are our most valuable treasure; we waste far too many.

they should do more about mental illness if they really do have a healthy fear of being shot.
now being strung up and rode out of town on a rail...that's a different story

His words will now be twisted against every one of us. We gun-owners were damned when we woke up and drew breath this morning, the anti's are not straddling a fence only to be pushed away by Larry Pratt. In my opinion.

We do have many unstable critters out there ,aside from melting every firearm in the World ,and passing a billion new gun laws anything can happen from just one nutcase..
