Gee whiz, take a small vacation and this thread explodes with new people (welcome Kevin), cars sold, pickups lusted after and all sorts of things.
A shed, eh? I think I asked about that when you first purchased the compound. Very nice. Cant wait to see the progress.
I just got back from southern WY on a last minute snowmobiling trip right where we plan to hunt elk. Pretty cool. I havent ridden any of the new mountain sleds before. Wow. I used to think I was a half-way decent snowmobiler. I am not. Minnesota skills are worthless out there. I was with a 16 year old kid that was unbelievable. Where he could go and what he could do where simply spectacular. Have you seen some of the videos out there of mountain snowmobiling? Wow.
i know a guy who has a '13 F150 I think and he raves about his mileage, but I dont know what it is off the top of my head. I looked up new trucks the other day and saw that a F150 is about $1,000 less than the comparable F250.

Uff-duh, I couldn't do a 24 pak of that stuff. It's really pretty bad beer. I'll drink it, probably finish it tonigh, maybe tomorrow. I'll cook brats with it or something. Though the brats don't really deserve that.

you guys must be amateur beer drinkers. buy a case of your favorite beer, drink it, then drink the copper stuff. they will slide right down easy. thought you would have learned by now.

Our group had Summits with 154 and 163 inch tracks and Pro RMKs with 155s along with a couple of Renegade Outbacks. It boggles the mind what these machines can do these days. Basically, no hill is too steep and no snow too deep. Watching them carve on a steep mountainside is something to behold.

Discount tire has the best prices around. Well, ford will match them but DT has free lifetime balancing, ford wants $40 for it.

I heard that some of the stores are matching the 100 bucks off which is awesome as well. I was looking for some new drag radials for the mustang for the upcoming season but they didn't have what i was looking for...

Damn near 10 inches fresh white snow, here yesterday & over night.
Before yesterday, official records stated that the average snow "on ground" depth to be 38", a full foot more than normal.
They are also saying that we are going to receive as much snow in March, as we already have !

Me too. At lesast where I normally hunt north of Duluth. I can't remember ever seeing that much snow there. I'm not sure what the situation is at chickenbuck, but I'm sure there's plenty of snow in the bushes up there too.

We had 5' so far this winter. Talked to a couple from Lady Smith, which is in NW WI about 30 miles SW of our camp. They said they had way more snow than we did. Deer and turkeys are paying the price.

It's even getting rough down here around the Cities. You don't see random tracks much along the road-they're sticking to the traditional heavily traveled trails and don't venture far off of them. They're really working the apple trees hard where they can find them too.

Happy birthday wife, you are nice to have around and stuff. Boy,you really outdid yourself on that one, Dave. 'Gotta think that any woman that can put up with your redneck azz must be pretty special! Now me on the other hand, I'm much more refined than that-my wife is LUCKY I married her! (I've got some swampland for sale in Florida, too!)

Grizzly Bill, my parents live west of Ashland a couple miles about 1/2 mile from Lake Superior and my dad said "this year 5-7" of snow is just a dusting" LOL Their deer population has been decimated in that area but is only getting worse this year.

Happy birthday, Pam! Have a great day and don't bother to share your cake with Dave.
