I dont know about the top one but the "Kentucky" rifle looks like a rifle built in the Lancaster PA area in the Federal period, 1790's-1810ish. It looks to have been converted from flint to percussion by the screw holes in the lock plate for the frizen spring and the bolster screwed into the barrel for the nipple. Go to the contemporary longrifle association web site. They may be able to provide more detail. Also look at track of the wolf. They make parts to build reproduction guns. Look at federal period patch boxes and you will see the similarities. Hope this helps steer you in the right direction.
