Found a Browning B-92 in .44 Mag, but someone has replaced the factory sights. If one of you has a B-92 in its original configuration, would you be so kind as to post a clear photo of the sights?
I've tried Numrich but they don't show a schematic for this carbine.
A previous owner replaced the blade front sight with a gold shotgun bead. I think that these originally had a blade front sight mounted on some sort of a square metal block rather than the usual arrangement of mounted on the barrel band or dovetailed into the barrel. I need to know how these are supposed to be set up.
Also, someone replaced the rear sight. I know that they came from the factory with a semi-buckhorn sight. Would like to know whether anyone knows the proper dovetail size for a replacement. This new arrangement is very difficult to see unless the lighting is just right.
Thanks!
