IMR4350 with the 200 BT, and the 210 Partition yielded a lot of accuracy and speed. Think Nosler should have that data, it worked well for me.

Mine does very well pushing 225 AB's with 88 grains of RL22, the chrono shows 3030 fps and about 3/4" groups. Get similar results with 7828.....Van

Never saw a reason to try anything but 7828. A few grains over book takes 250s to 2950 in my MK Five.

Fotis, As far as performance on game with the 215gr Sierra is still pending. I worked up that load in the 340 Roy to take to Africa for a Plain's game hunt...I was testing the 215 and also the 230gr Norma Oryx. After all that loading and shooting, I left the Roy home and used a 30-06 that belonged to the PH.

Fwiw...the 215 is actually a tough little bullet. I've seen quite a few posts about this and decided to section one a while back. I would say its built alot on the order of the 120 bt nosler where they seem to use lower portion of a 140 bt jacket from the tip down. What I saw of the 215 jacket it would very well have been the lower portion of a 250 gk jacket....very stout from tip down.

I have also sectioned the 215 gn Sierra along with most all the available 338 bullets. I wouldn't trust the 215 up close on elk sized game at full throttle 340/338 RUM velocities.
Maybe on a total broadside it would be fine but, there are too many better bullets out there.

I'm only shooting 250s now but I used R19 with 225s with great results. With 250s I use R17 and Mag Pro,
