America needs to understand that our troops are not 'disposable'. Each represents a family; Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts... Our Citizens are our most valuable treasure; we waste far too many.

Looks really nice. Good work there. I've got a 45 and a 50 Green Mtn for my Renegade. Your's a roundball twist I'd assume?

I'd imagine its a 1:48 twist since its such a small caliber. Most 40cals and below should be 1:48 because they shoot such a small powder charge.

Very nice. Much nicer than the one I made. I'd be embarassed to put it up.
I just got my 50 cal. back from TC this past week, after they re-barreled it for the 2nd time in 30 years.( under warranty)
They had it since Dec 6, 2013

If God wanted you to walk and carry things on your back, He would not have invented stirrups and pack saddles

A very well done T/C Hawken. I am sure it will shoot as good as it looks.

Not my rifle, but if i were to use it, rabbits and targets mainly lol. I think the gent I refinished it for mainly wants it for target use.
I do have a 45cal tc hawken parts gun out of the deal if any one is interested.

That should be on the cover of a magazine. Excellent work.
When I finally took the black powder plunge I bought a used T/C .50 Hawken. Pleased beyond my wildest dreams. Now I have 2 cap locks and one flint.
