Whoah!! Hold on a minute here. The grid coordinates of Barkoff's residence, whatever they might be, have absolutely nothing to do with whether his point about Mozilla is, or is not well-taken. And why in the world would you even attempt to impeach the argument of a fellow conservative by calling into question his bona fides based on his grid coordinates, of all things? That is just silly beyond words.

Can we get back to the issue at hand? Mozilla is an cesspool of Leftist intolerance of the worst kind and how do we conservatives cope with that when virtually all of the internet tech companies have the same agenda? I must say though, Mozilla is the first I've heard actually purging a CEO based on his moral beliefs. I share Barkoff's disgust and indignation.

John, 4ager it the kind of friend you could call at 2:00 AM and ask for help and he would be there as fast as the airlines could fly. He is a conservative if not more that I am and I think Rush id a flaming liberal. He is also a thinking man who does his own recherche and does not just blindly follow the reasoning of the masses. I have often found myself at odds to what he a posted but when I stop and think about what he says I find he is closer to the truth than I was.

Now I agree he may be having a little fun stirring the pot for some folks here but unlike trolls and the few liberal pukes that lurk here he is only trying to get folks to think.

If he were in need of my help I would sell my guns, about the only things I have left of any value and be on the way to his place to help.

If there were one the feds would shut it down or sue to get the backdoor.

I hate IE. I used Firefox for around ten years but tried Chrome. II have less problems with Chrome. I understand Firefox handles Java scrips in some convoluted way that is slows it down and that is why I switched. I may go back. I run Ubuntu and have both browsers installed. If there is a better option than either of these I would look at it.

As for the political thing, I doubt we will find any software development group that does not lean left.

You're confusing government with corporate. The Government can do anything it wants, if it chooses. There isn't much you can do about that.

Google data mines your information so that THEY can use it or sell it. There IS something you can do about that.

Thing is I am pretty tolerant on gay issues myself, but I do not go for the insistent badgering and bullying by the LGBT community, and what Mozzila did was exactly that.

BarryC is an abject liar. That much is a fact. I can't recall making any posts defending homosexuality, but I can certain state that I've never made any attacking homosexuality or being as fixated on it or by it as BarryC is.

Barkoff, my apologies. I don't condone or support what Mozilla did (frankly, it stinks). That said, I don't see how dumping one leftist free browser is going to do much for you when you end up replacing it with an equally leftist free browser that may not work as well.

It won't for the individual, but right now it is a chance to send a coordinated message to other companies who might cower in the future. Look what happened with Chick-Filet. I would expect that FF will be dumped by by hundreds of thousands, much more damage than the LGBT crowd ever could whip up. That is a message worthy of being sent.
