Just wanted to give a company a thumbs up for customer service.
I've got a Beretta Extrema2 with a fiber optic sight on the front, or I should say it had a fiber optic sight. Right now it has a holder for the fiber pin. The pins fall out every once in awhile and I can usually find them if I notice it right away.
Bad design is the problem. So I found out that TruGlo made the sights for Beretta and gave them a call. I expected to have to spend a few bucks on some replacement pins.
The gal I spoke with asked what color I wanted, how many I wanted and where I'd like them shipped. No Charge. That's customer service.
