This is a state vs state issue I would think. Wouldn't the Corps of Engineers be more involved than BLM.
But i can see other federal agencies getting involved to just get their slice of the pie.
More control for the central government.

Oklahoma and Texas always fight about that. I once divorced a guy from Texas who lived on the north side of the river IN TEXAS. But the point is, the land either belongs to Texas or Oklahoma, NOT THE FEDS. So, WTF does the BLM think it is doing and why?
