It's a hoax, folks. It never happened. Someone put up a hoax flyer on a synagogue. Someone snapped a picture and forwarded it to the Israeli press, who then used it to inflame the American people against the Russians.
It's the side the US CIA backed, now in control of the Ukraine, that's chock full of open neo Nazis, not the pro-Russian side.
