Anyone dehydrate anything from the garden? If so, what?
My step Mom dehydrates almost everything. Onions, oranges, lemons, basil, peaches, apples, apricots, lots of tomatoes, bananas, etc.
It is common to walk into her house and she will have three units running. She dries the citrus sliced with rinds intact, then runs it through the blender. Especially the orange is magnificent in many recipes. She also turns onion and garlic into powders.
