I am giving CFE 223 powder a try and looked at the Hodgdon site for data. They list a Barnes bullet, a SPR SP bullet, and a SFIRE bullet. I know what a Barnes is and assume that the SPR SP is a Speer Soft Point but have no idea what a SFIRE bullet is. It would not really matter except that the data are quite different for the SPR SP and the SFIRE.

What is a SFIRE?

I think it's a Hornady varmint bullet?

I've noticed that difference too.
