Yeah, I think you've missed the market on these - Midway has current stocking of new Rem brass at about 30 cents each, depending on quantity. Your asking price was reasonable 6-8 weeks ago, but I'm guessing you'll be lucky to move these at $20 TYD. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Well I appreciate the info. I guess they can go back on the shelf in the reloading room. Who knows, I owned a contender barrel once. Maybe there will be one in my future again.

There will ALWAYS be a market for that brass.
Oldalt is right, i just got a sack off 100 new for $44 from Midway and that included shipping.
But Reeder is using Max brass as parent case for his Banshee, a couple of new of wildcats.

Thanks. I appreciate the post. I can put them away for a while. Maybe I will need them or maybe someone else will want them more. Either way, they will not rot and it is a great, fun round. I loved my contender. I just moved away from handgun hunting and sold that barrel. I kept the frame though so that decision is not irreversible. Thanks again for your thoughtful comments.
