Rubbers are an abomination and Hogue's shape is terrible.

Herrett's Ropers are the most comfortable I've ever used. I've got one set from Kurac and while they are beautiful and very well made, they're entirely too thick. Over a quarter inch thicker than my Ropers. I've got two more sets in exhibition grade wood ordered but specified the width to be no more than my Herrett's.

Well, everybody else can GFY.

Well 'Cokes', Ropers, Keith Brown or Sandersons fit the bill. Just bring $500 bucks along to get the ball rolling, you may need an extra $200-$300 to seal the deal on a really nice set.

Kurac's (Culina), Herret's (If you like the hand fit), or some from Hogue will work, albeit with diminished panache.

Was the tube cut to 5", or is it original?

Left handed ropers for a K frame. I would venture to guess for bullseye shooting.

They're comfortable, but every pair he made was for an individuals hand tracing. So you can indeed buy grips that don't fit worth a chitt.

Keith Brown makes them to fit as well.

Damn EdM, those are some fine looking grips. I think I have seen them before on one of your posts, but I marvel over them each time I see them.

Eagle Classics are another favorite.
