Just wondering if there was a chance to see any campfire members in September. Me, my dad, and my brother drew area 21 in CO for ML deer and elk. We got tired of waiting and accumulating those points that seem to be devaluating each year. Anybody else headed that way? maestro

I drew Area 410 (east of Grand Junction).

Well, good luck Jim. Did you draw for deer or elk? Area 21 took about 7 of my deer points, so I wont be able to hunt it any time in the near future, but for elk, its possible for me to return next year. Hopefully, I'll get to know this area pretty well. We'll compare notes after the hunt. Good luck again. mike

Maestro,
I applied for ML deer only. The guy who owns the place I am hunting hunts archery elk, that is an over the counter tag for that area.
Good hunting, and let's compare notes later.
