It's a cluster destined to shutdown rural healthcare and force cost cutting actions that will reduce quality of care and place pt's lives in peril . Care will take longer and be harder to obtain . Pt's will be sicker and take more resources to heal when they ultimately are admitted to a larger tertiary care center . A very hastily written , poorly thought out law just to say you did something .
