I have that exact scope. My dad bought it new in '79 and put it on a 30-06. He died 8yrs ago. I ended up with the rig. I put it on my 45-70 and it has held up well. Very clear and acceptable eye relief. Pretty cool scope actually, you can mount it close to the rifle and have a wide view. At that price you will be quite pleased. I do not know the seller.
