Am I the only person not using a d loop on my compound? I hunt very thick cover in Pa and limit my shots to 20 yards. What are the pros and cons. I am satisfied with my accuracy and arrow flight. Longer serving life ? Would I have to adjust the draw length on my bow ? Like to hear your thoughts on this subject.

You've listed most of the gains, are you shooting with a release?

Yes I use a Scott Little Goose. My main question is what would it do to my draw length setting on my bow ?

D Loop does nothing to the draw length. It only affects your anchor point.

AMO(Archery Manufacturers Organization) industry standard for measuring draw length is from the string where it contacts the nock groove to the front of the grip. D LOOP DOES NOT FACTOR INTO THAT MEASUREMENT. A 30" draw bow with a 1 foot long d loop is still 30" draw

I think he meant he would need to have the draw length shortened to keep the same anchor point essentially...

Yeah, but you can only change the position of your arm/hand so much, and no more. Sometimes changing releases can work this out. Something like a Winn Free Flight maybe. A Winn Free Flight and a proper D-loop is almost as fast as fingers.
