It's not as ominous as it sounds.

I'm a contractor,...so gettin' farred just means that you go home and keep getttin' paid for a year or two.

,..I dunno,...somethin' like that.

They done farred everbody who cain't do chit,...and I can do chit,...but I kinda been rubbin' the bosses nose innit.

They can far me and go out and hire some chithead who sits there lookin' at the milling machine with his lips all pooched out fer days on end.

I couldn't give a less of a fug.

My wife got a job,...and for some obscure reason, she feels inhibited about puttin' my sorry ass out,...and there's this guy down in London who got a V-Strom with 5K own it that he's lettin go fer chit.

I gotta figure out how to put it together, man,...

Get farred,....draw unemployment,...buy that V-Strom,..and live on the road until either me or the bitch blows up.

It's comin',...It's kinda scary at this age,..but fuggit.

Dyin' on the side of the road is as good as anywhere,...

The disadvantage of this day and age is if you're good at what you do, when things get slow they fire the deadwood and double your work load.

The catch 22 of modern life, having the money and time to enjoy life, before you get too old to enjoy the things that fired your imagine whilst young.

I had a two year stint where our companies work load kept dropping and it was a stressful miserable period of my life. I couldn't afford to get unemployed so that added to the stress.

A man needs only two skills in life to survive, to be able to ask for food and to tell a woman you love her. The later skill is obviously the most important because if a woman loves you back she will surely feed ya!!!

Tis the reason I quit my last job on Oct 2nd last year...at 62, I'm tired of 14 hr. days...I've been looking for a part time gig & would even be up for a 40 hr. work week, but when I tell prospective employers I WILL NOT work more that a 12 hr. day, they're no longer interested.

If you are good at what you do then you are bad for our third world mentality..

It's a damned shame but those with their lips pooched out are a sign of the future. Affirmative action and a wasted brain.

You work free or just get paid once a year?
