Naw, just kidding...

Grilled Shrimp

Use some extra large shrimp with the shell on that have been deveined. This lets the marinade get in there pretty good, but they are easier, less dangerous, to grill with the shells on. Also, same with the larger shrimp.

Mix together well one quarter cup of low sodium soy sauce (also called light, or lite), couple tablespoons of lime juice, tablespoon of crushed garlic, tablespoon of crushed ginger (with the juice), teaspoon of sesame oil, quarter cup of peanut oil. The quantities can be adjusted to taste, of course. This will do a pound and a half of the larger shrimp.

Add the shrimp to the marinade and mix well. Then put enough wooden skewers for all the shrimp in water to soak for 30 minutes.

Grill over high heat for 3-4 minutes on one side, then the same on the other side.

I like to peel them and sprinkle them with lime juice.
