More often than periodically we read posts on the 'fire about corrupt bureaucrats and about those in position of public trust who've abused their trust. I'd guess that at least one lawyer is arrested every day somewhere in the USA.
These two extortionists and erstwhile lawyers were allegedly in on a scheme to finger a factually innocent kid of rape in order to extort 20 huge ones from the kid's rich dad. Imagine if one of our sons were set up for a bogus rape charge.

BTW, Gil Garcetti, the LA County DA charged with prosecuting OJ, was OJ's best lawyer. He assured OJ's freedom when he agreed to move the farce, er, I mean trial from Santa Monica to Downtown LA. To assure OJ would walk, he assigned two morons to prosecute him.
