Recently found some old pictures of my dad-- Long gone
Can these be refurbished and enhanced and maybe enlarged ---
Recommend anyone in OKC area ???

There are some computer programs that will allow you to scan them and do a lot yourself. My wife has scanned thousands of family photos and have them stored on a separate hard drive. Many have been touched up and look pretty good.

Once on your hard drive you can download to a SD card and have any size prints made you want.

One of my dad during WW-2 that she worked on and saved. We had 3-4 copies made in 8X10 and framed for family.

Here is a copy of a pretty rough one that my wife worked over in Photo Shop: my grandfather when he graduated from high school in about 1919.

Yes. Old images can be scanned and digitally repaired.

One can often do wonders with old images if he is lucky enough to have the negatives. A slide scanner with a mount that can truly flatten a slide or negative can deliver some excellent quality.
