Wahoooo! Gotta' Unit 23 tag...was my 2nd choice...I think that is a 1st for me. Most times my 1st and 2nd choices are all spoken for. Haven't hunted in there before...but always thought it looked interesting....have to do some scouting and map study.

I too spend a lot of time in 36c...80" is an attainable goal in dec as Greg said...knock on wood. Congrats to your wife on the tag!
Skunked again for me but figured that eould happen...leftovers again.

December 36c for the wife, her first time ever applying! 36C is kind to first timers. Here is a pic of a co-worker I took out for his first ever Coues hunt there (October). Best of luck in 36C, but stay safe...

Mike, that's a hell of a buck!
I know for sure 80" is not a tough goal to reach in that unit, I just haven't spent much time in there deer hunting. I've killed a lion and a javelina in there, as well as tons of coyotes, just deer hunt across the road more often.

It was a heck of a first Coues, I'm not entirely sure he understood just what he had... he had only previously shot a spike mule deer up by Prescott somewhere. Good luck with your wife's hunt.

I'll be hunting 32 oct coues. Was hoping for that 36C dec tag nut oh well atleast its close to dads which means burritos for breakfast from my stepmom.
Ton of leftover tags available. Not shocked but shocked to see 110 for the first nov 32 coues hunt. Im assuming its due to the limited access.
Mike,my buddies drew the first nov 33 hunt. I almost wish I had gotten a 33 tag. oh well maybe next year i'll get off 32's tit.

Looks like Firstcoueswas80 is going to find me a 100+ coues. Got my leftover tag and a brother to share camp with. Doesn't get any better than that. Pressure is on buddy. Lol
