I have a tc encore all hard walnut in 209x50 muzzleloader. I am thinking about buying a .270 barrel for it. Does anyone know if I need a different forend to do so? Thanks.

If you have a gun broker account there are usually several listed, many by "LG Outdoors" (or you can go directly to their site) They are first rate on customer service. I have the "Flex-Tech" stock on my Encore 270 and it tames the recoil to about 243 level.
