I don't think it's a good idea to reply to the OP's question. If you do, the NSA now has a list of all your guns.

Don't blame me. I voted for Trump.

Indy,

Give me a break. Without other details like make, model and serial number the TSA doesn't have schidt.

And I doubt like hell the NSA cares about the fiction posted on the Campfire anyway. They'd have to wade through an awful lot of lies and other BS.

Sometimes I can't believe the paranoia on this website--but then it's demonstrated over and over again, every day.

SCGN & MD -

I have some of that paranoia but it doesn't dominate me.

'Big Brother' IMO, is someone (thing) not to ignore. However, like MD said, "W/O model and serial no.s they don't have ......."

I've often wonder about the verity of some posts. I don't lose any sleep over it.

I just know I try and sometimes check records to be sure I'm accurate.

Also as someone just said "the list could change tomorrow".

What? You mean it's not all true?

I've actually had two .270 Weatherbys. They worked fine, but after shooting them for a while decided I preferred the .257 Weatherby for general use. Also have a 7mm Weatherby now, which is pretty much a .270 Weatherby that can use a little heaver bullets.

They all kill stuff if you point them right....

I am not a gun writer and just fall into the anyone category, but when you buy a 7x57 in a semi-auto just because you don't know anyone with a 7x57 semi-auto and it's a cool rifle, you might be a loony. When you own somewhere north of ten .30-06s and don't love the cartridge but like the various rifles, you might be a loony.

When you randomly wake up one morning realize you've sold or traded all your M70s so decide to start buying every major caliber of pre64 M70, you might be a loony.

When you have dozens of rifles and only hunt with one or two consistently, you might be a loony.

When you buy special rifles for special planned hunts, but when the hunt comes around, you leave the special rifle at home and use the one or two rifles you always use, you might be a looney.
