An unknown huge cat was caught on video. It definitely does not look like a dog. It looks more like a huge cat. Norwalk is not too far from LA. "Craig Packer -- a professor at the University of Minnesota Lion Research Center and author of �Into Africa� -- said after examining the footage: "Yes, it certainly does look like an African lion. It�s not a cougar.� Take a look at the video and see what you think.

BTW, if is an African lion, I'd expect PITA to become outraged because LA County deputies will almost assuredly kill it. And if it is an African lion, deputies ought to kill it before it kills a human, especially a child.

I agree. I've seen mountain lions in populated ares of So Cal, and it does not look like one.

The shadows cast in part of the footage is tricky, but theirs no doubt it's a mountain lion to me.
