I got a pair of these a month ago and put them on a Superlite, I couldn't be more happy.
Good people to work with and they will get you exactly what you want. A++++

To clarify, these were "lows" to start and now might be "extra lows"? Are you trimming off about .100" or was it .120"

That's correct, started life as lows and went 0.100 lower.

I recently got a 7mm Rem Superlite that I haven't had time to fool with, but I think I need a set of 1" matte modified Lows.
Can you send them with the screws already shortened? Or should I check it first?
It seems to me like they'd all either need shortened,or not.

The only one that needs to be shortened is the rear on the front base where the chase is for the bolt face. The holes are deep enough for the rest.
